Why I can not find the blades inside the packing box ?
Please do not think blades should be stored on the packaging foam , instead the 7 blades are stored inside the built-in drawer of the housing.
We have adjust the packing, with all the blades visable according to the feedbacks from our customers

No, this is a bigger food processor compare to most of home use food processors, with 14 Cup XL bowl can meet most need at home.

Do I need a food processor if I already have a blender?

Why the LED indicators are blinking and food processor do not work ?
With a safety system you need to lock the bowl, lid and protective cover in place before operation, otherwise the food processor can not work !

Is it normal to have some vibrations, noise and food residuals?
Vibration and noise are normal for this powerful food processor, doughing or shredding cheese may have more vibrations and the same like other brands, you can press the bowl a little bit if required.
Food residuals is normal to all food processors.
