Hobart VCM 40 Vertical Food Processor Cutter Mixer. I bought it and I was told it was in working condition and serviced with new shaft seal and new sharp blades, I haven’t been able to test it due to the power requirements 480 Volts 3phase, So I’m selling it as is while I’m working on finding a power source to test it.
The following specifications are off the identification plate:
2 speeds 1750 & 3500 RPM and producing 7.3 & 10 Horsepower
Power requirements: 460V 3ph.
Comes with extra dough mixer blade
