Return Policy

You may return this unit as long as it is unused and sealed inside original box. You may return any new computer or monitor purchased from us only if that is "dead on arrival". arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened sealed boxes for refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in un-sellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. We will not accept returns of any Monitors, desktops, tablets or notebook computers more than 30 days after you receive the shipment. Customer is responsible to ship item back to our warehouse.

Refund will be made only on unopened items within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and only if item is returned in the condition that it was received. We will refund customer less a 15% restocking fee and our original shipping cost to customer. Customer is responsible to ship the item back to our warehouse.

We will gladly Exchange the item for you and/or our customer service department will assist you to contact the correct manufacturer to Resolve your warranty issues, on DOA items. Customer is responsible to ship the item back to our warehouse and/or the manufacturer.
