Home & Garden / Kitchen, Dining & Bar / Small Kitchen Appliances / Food Processors
Vintage General Electric GE Food Processor. This unit works and includes the base unit, an amber-tinted plastic bowl and lid, the food pusher, the stem mechanism that screws on to the base of the bowl and connects into the unit (similar to a blender), a regular blade and a disc for slicing and shredding. The base unit is in good condition with some signs of use and wear - a few scuff marks as well as a small amount of residue around the fan vent in the back (pretty typical for one of these machines). I'm not sure why it says "Food Process P" on the front of the unit - you would think that it should say "Food Processor" but it also doesn't seem like any of the letters have been worn away. The bowl and lid are in good condition as well, with no cracks but they do have some scuff marks and scratches from use as well as a few rough patches along the rim of the bowl and the rim of the food insert tube on the lid from friction (the friction of the lid rubbing against the rim of the bowl and the friction of the food pusher rubbing against the rim of the tube on the lid). The push-button mechanism on the base unit for retaining and ejecting the lid works. In addition to the standard items described above, this unit also comes with the accessory Versa-Disc set, an interchangeable disc set with four (4) different inserts: (a) French Fry; (b) Thick Slice; (c) Thin Ripple Slice; and (d) Coarse Shredding. The Versa-Disc does not come with its holder but it does come with the instructions. The General Electric model / category number is D4FP1 (for the main unit) and AD-1 (for the Versa-Disc set). We're not professional
sellers/dealers. We just enjoying going to thrift stores, garage and
estate sales, flea markets, etc., and rescuing cute vintage stuff. Now
that we've rescued a few too many things, it's time to start sharing some of
our finds with you. We clean up our finds as best we can without damaging
them. If you have any questions about an item, please ask and we'll do
our best to answer them. If there are any issues with your item when you
receive it, please contact us first before contacting Pricetronic or leaving
negative/neutral feedback to see if we can make it right. We use the calculated shipping
method (unless otherwise specified) so Pricetronic gives an estimate of the cost from
our zip code in Southern California to yours. Please note that you may select from a variety of shipping options,
including FedEx Smart Port and USPS Priority Mail. If you happen to live in the Coachella Valley, then local pickup is an option as well. California residents please note
that we charge state sales tax as required by law. Items come from a smoke-free
environment but we do have pets if that is a major issue for you.
